This agency provides emergency rental assistance funds to help tenants keep their rental units, or help with first month's rent and/or deposits for moving into a rental unit (HCA Fund Program). It also provides a free Residential Weatherization Program for low-income households, owners or renters, to ensure the safe operation of appliances, and lower utility costs.
