Office of Thrift Supervision (OTS)
OTS administers and has enforcement authority over federally-chartered and state-chartered savings institutions. Site includes information about many laws, including the Equal Credit Opportunity Act, the Fair Credit Reporting Act and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act.
Consumers can also e-mail a complaint to the OTS at: consumer.complaint@ots.treas.gov and someone will respond to their complaint or inquiry.
